What methods are available
and what are the costs?
All products are shipped
via the United States Postal Service. Rates are based
on location, weight of your package, and the shipping method
that you choose. Prices subject to change.
Domestic Shipping Options:
First Class Mail (2-6 day delivery / starts at $3.65)
Priority Mail (2-5 day delivery / starts at $6.60)
Express Mail (1-2 day delivery / starts at $20.65)
United Parcel Service also available.
Can I track my package?
First Class Mail and Priority
Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent
to you via email when your order is shipped to you. A
Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number,
however information about the progress of your shipment is usually
not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes
it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually
arrives in your mailbox.
Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent
to you via email when we ship your order. United Parcel Service
offers tracking through their website. A trackin gnumber that
will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.
How do I know what size to order?
All of our shirts are printed
on American Apparel shirts. American Apparel shirts are cut
to be a bit more fitted than your standard t-shirt. They are
also 100% cotton so you can expect them to shrink a bit.

What should I do if I
was sent the wrong shirt or a defective shirt?
If you received the wrong
product or the shirt is defective, please contact us at orders@signofdistress.com
with your order number and specifics on what was wrong and we
will take care of it ASAP.
How do I exchange a shirt
I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions
for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer
have the packing slip, you can email us at orders@signofdistress.com
and we will direct you on how you exchange your shirt.
Do you buy ideas for shirt
and bumper stickers?
If you have a good idea,
send it to us at
ideas@signofdistress.com, and if we accept your idea we
will pay you $100, give you a free t-shirt of your choice and
an “American Made” American Flag to be hung right side up!
The more ideas you send in, the more it increases your odds
that one of yours will be selected. It is okay to include
multiple ideas in one email.
Is it possible to change
my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change
something, please email us at orders@signofdistress.com
and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out
yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include
the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed
under, the email address used for the order, and what you would
like changed.
I did not receive a confirmation
email, is there something wrong?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or
block them completely. You can check your spam folder
to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able
to find it there, you can email orders@signofdistress.com
and we can confirm that the order was placed.
Are shirts ever placed
on backorder?
We usually have all the shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily
run out of a certain size of a design. We will usually
get the shirt back in stock within a week and we will send you
an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation.
If your order contains one or more shirts that are out
of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all
the shirts are in stock.

appear on my credit card bill?
Yes, Signofdistress.com will
appear on your credit card bill.
Can I buy your shirts
wholesale?
If you are interested in
wholesale information, please contact us at
info@signofdistress.com. Please include your contact
information, what type of retail store you are purchasing for,
and a valid employer ID number.

one of your t-shirts. Are you looking for models?
We are always looking for
people that look good in one of our t-shirts. Send us
some photos of you having fun or just being yourself to photo@signofdistress.com.
Please include your name, age, where you are from, and your
email address. If we use any of your photos, we will email you
a $5.00 off coupon on your next purchase.
